TERMS AND POLICIES
Payment in full required on all retail orders. Payment must be by Credit Card, money order or certified check. Order taken and paid using personal checks will not be started in production until check clears the bank. All orders must be paid in full before shipment. There are no dealer discounts except to legitimate motorcycle businesses. Call for dealer requirements.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: invaderwheels, LLC accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, and Discover cards as payment in full for orders in the United States. Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to the verifiable billing name and address of the cardholder. Any dealer balance must be paid in full before shipment. We do not accept credit card payments for any orders shipped out of the United States, except Canada. Bank transfers are required for all overseas orders, except APO and FPO addresses. All Credit Card purchases must be on USA banks.
SHIPPING: All orders within the Continental U.S. will be shipped Ground unless other arrangements are made prior to shipment. All orders shipped FOB invaderwheels, LLC. Insurance is included in the shipping charge for all US ground shipments. All shipments are the responsibility of the customer once package leaves our address. Damaged shipments will require the customer to contact the carrier for claims.
FOREIGN AND APO-FPO SHIPMENTS: All foreign shipments must be paid in full including freight. Wheels4chopers does not accept Credit Cards for payment of foreign orders. Contact invaderwheels, LLC for acceptable method of payment. invaderwheels, LLC will not be responsible for custom duties or charges when importing into other countries. All APO-FPO shipments must be paid in full including shipping via U.S. Mail.
RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by calling or writing invaderwheels, LLC to request a RMA number. Parts will only be considered for return when the request is made within 5 days from the date of product receipt by customer. Due to the very nature of “Custom Made Wheels” a 25% cancellation fee plus cost of all custom order parts and advance payment to vendors for manufacturing will be charged on all orders. invaderwheels, LLC reserves the right to refuse to issue an RMA at our discretion. No returns are allowed for any of the following conditions: Tire has been mounted; wheel balance weights installed; any modifications; wheels returned after 5 days of receipt; terms and conditions acceptance tag has been removed from the wheel. Checking the runout of the wheel is the responsibility of the customer and must be accomplished within 5 days of receipt of wheel. It is not necessary to remove terms and conditions acceptance tag to check wheel runout.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PARTS RETURNED MUST BE PACKAGED CORRECTLY AND RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING DUE TO INADEQUATE PACKAGING. invaderwheels, LLC will not be responsible for any overseas shipping.

Due to the very nature of designing and manufacturing custom products, and dealing with various suppliers, world conditions, political atmosphere and sometimes just a few down right nasty folks, invaderwheels, LLC, can give an estimated shipping date, however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery for any custom ordered product.

WARNING: Motorcycles can be dangerous if not properly ridden and maintained. invaderwheels, LLC has no control over the usage of it's components. invaderwheels, LLC expects the dealer and dealer's customers to exercise good judgment in proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of any components. All installations must be made by a qualified motorcycle wheel mechanic to maintain warranty. invaderwheels, LLC assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind, because of improper installation or misuse in any way by any person.
WARRANTY: invaderwheels, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that Custom Motorcycle Wheels manufactured by invaderwheels, LLC will be free from structural defects, material, and workmanship defects, if used under normal and intended use for a period of one year from the time customer receives their product, on all street legal wheels manufactured after November 1, 2007, as evidenced by invoice or bill of sale, except that any such warranty shall be for a period of (5) calendar days with respect to any claim that the wheel is out of round. Refer to your motorcycle manufacturer factory specifications for wheel runout tolerances. If you have any questions about wheel runout tolerances, call or write invaderwheels, LLC. Invaderwheels, LLC’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace at invaderwheels, LLC’s sole discretion without charge, any invaderwheels, LLC product which is authorized for returned (freight prepaid) and which, after invaderwheels, LLC examination, shows that said product has failed in normal use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Invaderwheels, LLC will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the delay, replacement or repair of a defective part.
The Warranty is Void when:
The wheels have been damaged in transit or misuse, accident or negligence, or have been repaired or altered by other than invaderwheels, LLC.
Wheels used on applications other than the wheel's specified use or that have been used in racing, competition, exhibition of speed, reckless driving, burnouts, or commission of a crime.
Wheels that have been installed not using the correct mounting accessories or procedures, or where the finish, or wheel runout, has been damaged during tire mounting; or by balancing with the use of clip-on or tape on weights; or enlarging the original valve stem hole which will damage the chrome and may cause rusting or cracking to develop.
Wheels that have the finish damaged due to foreign object damage, neglect, corrosion, evidence of rusting, inclement weather, powder coating coverage, chemicals, or improper tire or wheel installation and care.
Authorized returns without original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification, or upon transfer of ownership, loaned, rented, or leased of any products by the original retail purchaser. Wheels are sold as custom wheels and are not to be used on other than for the original purchased application.
Warranty is not transferable due to the fact that wheels are designed and sold for a specific application and installation.
NOTE: Customer assumes liability for the use of spacers or wheel adaptors, and user or installer assumes all responsibility and liability for improper or faulty installation.
WARNING.....In the event we fabricate a wheel for a customer, based on THEIR requirements for design, material, or finish, the customer shall assume ALL responsibility for reliability and safety of their design. invaderwheels, LLC will not assume any liability for their product design.
This is a Limited Warranty. Therefore no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, which extend beyond the descriptions and limitations of the face hereof and none shall be implied by law. invaderwheels, LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any dealer, representative or other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with invaderwheels, LLC products uses or applications. Invaderwheels further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior hereto.
This Warranty does not limit rights, which may be available under individual State Warranty laws.
IMPORTANT: All Warranty returns that are reviewed by invaderwheels, LLC Warranty Return Department and found not to be subject to warranty coverage, will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender's expense.
